ICMEI and AAFT Offer Scholarship to Strengthen Indo-Ecuador Relations Through Cultural Diplomacy. Noida, 24th June 2025: In a significant step toward strengthening educational and cultural ties between India and Ecuador. Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and Chancellor of AAFT University. presented a prestigious AAFT Short-Term Course Scholarship to His Excellency Mr. Fernando Xavier Bucheli Vargas. Ambassador of Ecuador to India. The scholarship designated for a deserving student from Ecuador to pursue specialized education in media and arts.
