New Delhi, 4th July 2025: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), through its Indo Rwanda Film and Cultural Forum, extended its heartfelt congratulations to Her Excellency Jacqueline Mukangira, High Commissioner of Rwanda to India, and to the people of Rwanda on the auspicious occasion of Liberation Day.
