New Delhi, 26th June 2025: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (<a href=\"https:\/\/icmei.in\/\">ICMEI<\/a>), under the leadership of its President Dr. Sandeep Marwah, extended warm congratulations to Mr. Tahina Rasmoelina, Charge d\u2019Affaires of the Embassy of Madagascar in India, and to the people of Madagascar on the occasion of their Independence Day, celebrated annually on 26th June.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a recent significant diplomatic and cultural exchange. Dr. Sandeep Marwah had the privilege of meeting His Excellency Mr. Richard Ravalomanana. The Hon\u2019ble Vice President of Madagascar in London, where Dr. Marwah felicitated by\u00a0 him for his extraordinary contributions to the promotion of art and culture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During this meeting, **Dr. Marwah proposed appointing the Vice President as the Chief Patron of the newly formed Indo Madagascar <a href=\"https:\/\/gffn.org\/\">Film<\/a> and Cultural Forum, an initiative of ICMEI aimed at fostering deeper cooperation between the two countries through the powerful mediums of cinema, literature, and cultural exchange.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI firmly believe that cultural diplomacy one of the strongest bridges between nations,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/sandeepmarwah.com\/\">Dr. Sandeep Marwah<\/a>. \u201cThe Indo Madagascar Film and Cultural Forum will serve as a platform for collaborative artistic endeavors, knowledge exchange, and mutual appreciation of our rich heritages.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a gesture of goodwill and collaboration, Dr. Marwah also extended a formal invitation toMr. H.E. Richard Ravalomanana\u00a0to visit India and inaugurate the upcoming Global Literary Festival Noida, scheduled for September 2025. The official letter of invitation will be dispatched shortly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">India and Madagascar share such as longstanding cordial relations. And this cultural initiative expected to deepen the friendship between the two nations. By encouraging dialogue through arts and creative expressions. ICMEI continues to work proactively with embassies and cultural institutions worldwide to build strong people-to-people.
