Dr. Sandeep Marwah Attends National Meeting of Film Federation of India in Patna Bihar: Dr. Sandeep Marwah attended the National Meeting of the Film Federation of India (FFI) in his capacity as National Vice President. The important meeting of the apex body of Indian cinema was held at Hotel Maurya Patna in Patna, Bihar.

The meeting witnessed engaging and productive discussions among members regarding the growth, challenges, and future prospects of the Indian film industry. Leaders and representatives from different regions of the country participated and shared their perspectives on strengthening the role of FFI in promoting Indian cinema at national and international levels.

During the meeting, Dr. Marwah, representing the Asian Society of Film and Television, suggested that the Film Federation of India should become actively involved in prestigious national and international events where cinema is given the highest importance. He emphasized that stronger participation in such platforms would enhance the global presence and influence of Indian cinema.

Dr. Marwah also proposed the idea of organizing country-wise film festivals, Ambassadors Meet, under the banner of FFI to promote cultural exchange and showcase international cinema in India while encouraging Indian films abroad. In addition, he offered the facilities of his Television and Radio stations to highlight the activities and initiatives of the Film Federation of India.

The proposal received a positive response from the leadership of FFI. Abhay Sinha, President of the Film Federation of India, along with the complete board, gave their consent to Dr. Marwah to move forward with these initiatives.

Among those present at the meeting from North India were Harinder Singh, Rajinder Singh, Sakshi Mehra, G. D. Mehta, and R. C. Garg representing Motion Pictures Association and other organizations. The meeting concluded with a collective commitment to strengthen the Indian film industry and expand the reach of Indian cinema across the globe through collaboration, innovation, and active participation in international cultural platforms.
