Noida, India – The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) celebrated the National Day of Spain on October 12 at its global headquarters, Marwah Studios in Film City, Noida. The event brought together ICMEI members and dignitaries to honor the strong cultural and diplomatic ties between India and Spain.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI, extended warm greetings to H.E. Juan Antonio March Pujol, the Ambassador of Spain, and the people of Spain on their National Day. “I extend my heartfelt greetings to H.E. Dr. Marwah also highlighted the recent establishment of the Indo-Spain Film and Cultural Forum, a collaborative initiative with the Embassy of Spain. Under this partnership, the Ambassador of Spain serves as the Patron, while Dr. Marwah holds the position of Chair. The forum is dedicated to enhancing cultural ties and promoting mutual understanding between the two nations through the arts and media.
The visit of Dr. Marwah to various cities in Spain has further strengthened these cultural connections, resulting in Spain’s active participation in ICMEI’s international events. Spain is now a key partner in prestigious programs such as the Global Film Festival, Global Literary Festival, Global Fashion Week, Global Documentary Festival, Global Food Festival, and the Global Festival of Journalism.
