New Delhi, India – 11th November: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), extended his warm greetings to H.E. Sebastian Domzalski, Ambassador of Poland to India, and the people of Poland on the occasion of Poland’s Independence Day.
Dr. Marwah highlighted the deep and enduring bond between India and Poland, nurtured through the active participation of the Indo-Poland Film and Cultural Forum. “Poland has been a proud partner in numerous ICMEI initiatives, including the Global Film Festival, Global Fashion Week, Global Literary Festival, Global Festival of Journalism, International Documentary Film Festival, and various exhibitions, country-specific film festivals, and food festivals,” said Dr. Marwah.
He also acknowledged the immense potential for strengthening bilateral relations through art and culture. “Poland and India share wonderful relations that can be further enhanced through the vibrant promotion of our cultural heritage and creative industries,” he stated.
Dr. Marwah’s visit to Poland played a pivotal role in fostering these relations, as he became the first Indian to receive the prestigious ‘Gate of Freedom’ Award in Poland. This historic recognition underscores his dedication to building bridges of friendship and collaboration between the two nations.
The Indo-Poland Film and Cultural Forum continues to serve as a platform to celebrate the rich cultural legacy of both countries while opening avenues for future cooperation.
