Valedictory Function of International Moot Court Competition 2025 Held at Asian Law College

Noida, 4th October 2025: The Valedictory Function of the International Moot Court Competition 2025 was successfully held at the Asian Law College, Asian Education Group, Marwah Studios Complex II, Noida, in the presence of distinguished dignitaries, participants, and faculty members. The grand finale of the competition was graced by Advocate Ashish Deep Verma, Founder & Managing Partner of Vidhiśāstras – Advocates & Solicitors, one of India’s leading law firms, as the Chief Guest.

The competition witnessed an enthusiastic participation of 90 students in 30 teams representing 21 cities across India along with one international team from Bangladesh. The hosting and organization were efficiently carried out by 200 dedicated students of Asian Law College, making it a truly remarkable academic and cultural exercise.

Addressing the gathering, Advocate Ashish Deep Verma spoke passionately about the significance of moot courts in nurturing the advocacy skills of law students. He emphasized that moot courts not only enhance legal knowledge but also build confidence, discipline, and the ability to think on one’s feet. “Competitions like this prepare you for the real challenges of courtrooms and instill in you the courage to uphold justice with integrity,” he remarked.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Asian Education Group and Asian Law College, congratulated all the participants and appreciated the efforts of the students, faculty, and organizers in making the event an international success. He said, “This Moot Court Competition has brought together young legal minds from across India and abroad, giving them an invaluable opportunity to learn, compete, and grow. The valedictory function also witnessed the presentation of awards by Advocate Ashish Deep Verma. The winners were honored with substantial prizes, including the top award of ₹1,00,000, followed by the second prize of ₹50,000, third prize of ₹20,000, and three additional prizes of ₹10,000 each. The recognition was a testament to the hard work, intellect, and advocacy skills demonstrated by the participants throughout the competition.

The Valedictory Ceremony concluded on a high note, celebrating not only the winners but also the spirit of participation and learning.
